Our team reviews your submission within 1-2 business days. You'll receive two offers:
A competitive cash payout based on current market value and item condition.
A higher-value credit you can use toward display cases and other PVD products.
All initial quotes are estimates. The final offer is subject to physical inspection.
If you're happy with the offer, accept it and ship your items to PVD. For higher-value trade-ins, we may provide a prepaid shipping label.
Your offer is valid for 7 days after it's sent.
When we receive your items, our team inspects them to verify:
If the condition matches your description, we proceed with the original offer. If there's a significant difference, we'll send a revised offer.
