Trade-In Policy

• New sealed LEGO® sets
• Open box, new (bags unopened)
• Used complete sets (all pieces, minifigures, and manual)
• Used incomplete sets (with disclosure of missing parts)
• Individual minifigures
• Bulk LEGO® (genuine LEGO only, case-by-case basis)
• Retired and discontinued sets

• Non-LEGO bricks (Mega Bloks, COBI, knock-offs, etc.)
• Custom MOC builds (we cannot reliably value custom models)
• Items with smoke damage, mold, or water damage
• Counterfeit or suspected counterfeit items
• Items missing critical structural pieces with no disclosure

The initial quote you receive is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide. The final offer is determined after we physically receive and inspect your items.

If the condition matches your description, we honor the original quote. If there is a material difference, we will send a revised offer.

All trade-in items undergo physical inspection upon receipt. We check:

• Set number verification
• Seal integrity (for sealed items)
• Piece completeness
• Minifigure completeness
• Box condition
• Authenticity (genuine LEGO®)
• Signs of damage, smoke, water, or contamination

If inspection reveals a significant difference from your description, we will contact you with a revised offer. You may:

• Accept the revised offer
• Decline and request your items back (return shipping costs may apply)

PVD reserves the right to reject items that are counterfeit, unsafe, contaminated, or materially different from the description provided. Rejected items will be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

For higher-value trade-ins, PVD may provide a prepaid shipping label. For smaller trade-ins, customers are responsible for shipping. PVD is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit unless shipped using a PVD-provided label.

Cash: Paid via PayPal or Zelle within 2-3 business days of approval.

Store credit: Added to your PVD account immediately upon approval. Valid for 18 months.

All offers are valid for 7 days from the date they are sent. After expiration, you may submit a new request, but the offer may change based on current market conditions.
