Store Credit Policy

How PVD store credit works.

What is PVD Store Credit?

PVD store credit is a credit balance issued to your PVD account, typically as part of a LEGO trade-in. Store credit can be used to purchase display cases, accessories, and selected products from PVD.

Why Choose Store Credit?

Store credit offers are 10-20% higher than cash offers. If you plan to purchase PVD display cases or accessories, store credit gives you more value for your trade-in.

How to Use Store Credit

Store credit is applied at checkout. When you place an order, you can choose to apply your available credit balance. The remaining amount (if any) is charged to your payment method.

Expiration

Store credit is valid for 18 months from the date of issue. We will send a reminder before your credit expires. Expired credit cannot be reinstated.

When is Credit Issued?

Store credit is issued only after your trade-in items are received and inspected. Credit is not issued at the time of quote acceptance — it is issued after approval.

Transferability

Store credit is non-transferable and is tied to your PVD account. It cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly offered by PVD.

Adjustments

If the physical condition of your trade-in items differs significantly from your original description, PVD may adjust the credit amount. You will be notified of any adjustment before it is applied.

Lost Credit Codes

If you lose access to your credit code or account, contact our support team. We can verify your identity and restore access to your credit balance.

Refunds and Returns

If you return a product purchased with store credit, the refund will be issued back as store credit to your PVD account.
